30mm

It's very late, 1 in the morning but I need to post this or I'm going to forget to update. I rented the Sigma 30mm 1.4 for a week and had so much fun with it. I hated to send it back.

My last and favorite! I thought of using this one for the free canvas offer but I think when the edges are cropped, it might be too overwhelming. What do you guys think?

Ooh Christie I love these! I think you got a sharper copy than mine, these are razor sharp.

I love that sunflare, and the last shot is so cool. I'd consider it for the canvas, maybe you can stretch the edges or put a border around it? I don't really know how to do either of those things, but I know those methods exist lol.

I love them all!!
The last one is really amazing!!
I think it would make a great canvas!! If you do get htat as a canvas ~ take a photo to show us how it turns out! :)

Christie, these are gorgeous!! The clarity is amazing. I think that shot would make a great canvas. Where did you rent a lens from? That sounds like fun!

These are beautiful! I rented this lens for a week and loved it too... but then ended up going with the 24-70mm 2.8L instead LOL!!

I think that last one would be FAB on canvas... if you go with COD you could choose the "color" sides method instead of the image wrap method so you don't lose any of the image itself...

Oh, these are so so sharp. Wonderful. I love the first one...that bokeh is amazing...and the one with the girl with braces. You rocked it.
A cheaper alternative is the 35mm f2.0 That's my only lens now and I love it. :)

thank you, ellen. yes, it was very sharp and i miss it. (sniff)

thank you, tiffany!

thank you, rebecca!

jennifer, i wouldn't call it fast. it made a slight grinding sound while focusing and it took a little bit for it to find focus but it almost always nailed it. good and bad, i suppose.

angie, thank you. i rented from ziplens. i would recommend them.

thank you, lottie. :)

thanks, crystal. you recognized q! lol

thanks, shannon.

heidi, thank you. i am going to try that border around the canvas and submit this one to cod.

thank you, lulu. you certainly do wonderful things with your 35mm. :)
